Our aim is to send your order as soon as possible. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you by phone or email to let you know. You will be offered a substitute, or your fabric will be placed on back order if it is repeatable, or your payment fully refunded.
Postage is added by default based on the value of the order. For purchases of patterns and gift vouchers the postage will be refunded to your card once the order has been dispatched.
